I.  Ways of Placing Order

You can buy goods in our shop very easily: through our e-shop by putting the desired items in a shopping trolley, after which you make an order. The goods selected are reserved for you automatically, your order is loaded in the system and you will immediately receive a confirmation of your successful order to your e-mail address.

II. Methods of Payment

The first way of payment is payment by a credit card. If you choose this kind of payment, you will pay by your credit card a sum comprising the price of the goods selected, postage rate and packing charges. All the necessary particulars will be announced to you after you send out your order. The second way is sending the goods COD (cash on delivery). If you choose this kind of payment, you will pay the whole sum at the post office on accepting the goods (see the previous way of payment).

III. Ways of Delivery

We send parcels through Česká pošta (Czech Post) exclusively. The time of delivery is usually 3 working days from sending out a parcel, which is delivered directly to the address stated by you. If nobody is caught at the respective place and consequently the parcel cannot be accepted personally, you will find a notice in your letter box announcing to you that the parcel was placed at the local post office where you can collect it at any time. Please state your complete and exact address, otherwise the parcel may not be delivered successfully.

IV. Personal Data Protection

None of the data loaded in our database will be provided to third parties. We undertake to use them for the purpose of your purchase only and not to use them for any advertising or other unfair purposes. The data you send us will be in a safe place and well safeguarded.

• Return of goods   You are entitled to return goods within 14 days without giving a reason.
• Guarantee   Goods are covered by a guarantee as per the Commercial Code.
• Services   All the goods that we have on display are available.
